专利摘要:
A woven belting has a single-ply central portion and tubular edges which are integrally woven with the central portion as a hollow plain weave; high abrasion resistance is achieved for the tubular edges by shrinking their warp threads to a predetermined extent before the weaving operation. The warp threads in the edges of the belting are subsequently shrunk to their full possible extent during a final heat setting treatment of the whole belting.

专利说明:

The invention relates to fabrics for the manufacture of special articles and concerns a woven tape for safety reasons. Basically. patents No. 657760 are known for woven safety tape, the edges of which are made in the form of woven sleeves. The main threads of the tubular part have a rip-off length greater than the breaking length of the main yarns of the tape part G. A disadvantage of the known tape is its lack of strength. In the process of tape operation, its edges are first of all worn out; therefore, when overloaded, the tearing of the tape comes from the edges, which is the most dangerous. When using such a tape for a long time, it breaks at a much lower load than the new one. Uneven wear, as shown by the test, occurs due to the heating of the warp threads of the edges during friction, which causes additional shrinkage. The tape receives a curvature about the longitudinal axis. In this case, only the edges are subject to friction, the rest of the tape is not adjacent to the body and therefore does not wear out. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the tape the main threads of the edges have a preliminary crush defined by the formula V m -: where V is the value of the preliminary shrinkage of the main threads of the edges; m is the maximum amount of shrinkage of the main edges; f is the amount of shrinkage of the ribbon when heat-setting. Abrasion of such a tape occurs evenly. the entire width, since the heat released during friction no longer causes additional shrinkage of the main threads of the edges. A woven safety tape has edges made in the form of woven sleeves. As the warp threads for the ribbon part, you can use .100 polyester filaments with a fineness of 1100 dtex, 100 torsions per meter and a relative pre-shrinkage of 13%. As the warp threads for the tubular part, yarns are used that have a breaking length greater than the breaking length of the main threads
parts. These are made from 50 polyester filaments with a fineness of 550 dtex, 130 twists per meter and a preliminary shrinkage of 21%. The amount of shrinkage of these threads is determined by the formula
V - m - f, where V is the value of the preliminary
shrinkage of main threads of edges m - maximum shrinkage value
main threads of edges; f is the amount of shrinkage of the woven tape
with heat setting.
U For forming the ribbon part of the tape, 390 warp threads are used, and 16 fabric warp threads are used for hose hems. Fabrics are produced with a weft density of 92 threads per 10 cm length. The ribbon part is made by twill weave with alternating stripes 3/3 2 and 3/3 S. The sleeve part is made by weave.
By preliminary tests establish the maximum possible shrinkage of the fibers. For example, if it is 40%, then at the final fixation of the entire tape by 8%, the warp edges of the sleeve edges are pre-shrunk by 32%. Threads
basis of the tape part is subjected to shrinkage by 13%. Then, after the final shrinkage of the entire tape by 8%, the tape part receives shrinkage by 21%, and the edge part — complete shrinkage.
The use of the invention allows to increase the strength of the tape due to its uniform wear across the entire width.
